In September, Bucharest will be hosting the 13th annual AWSummit, a marketing conference that brings together advertisers, affiliates, creators, and monetization platforms. The conference runs for three days, from the 21st to the 23rd of September, and covers a range of topics. Experts from iGaming, Crypto, Nutra, eCommerce, and more will be holding keynote speeches, while companies will take the floor to showcase their latest products and services.

The event is held at the Face Convention Center and regular access will set you back €349 (or currency equivalent) if purchased online. Executive access is more expensive and costs €698, but comes with extra goodies like an executive lounge and priority access to various parties. Door prices will be higher.

Networking Opportunities

As a leading affiliate marketing conference in 2026, the 13th AWSummit in Bucharest is expected to bring together over 3,000 attendees from several industries. It presents an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and establish partnerships across different fields. The 2026 event will be focusing on the following ecosystems.

  • Nutra & eCommerce: with a growing demand for dietary supplements and other nutraceutical products, the Nutra and eCommerce sectors have seen a joint uptick in popularity. The AWSummit is getting in on the action by organizing a special Nutra & eCommerce Gathering, where companies from that sector can network.
  • Meet Market: networking is the name of the game of any summit, and that’s what the Meet Market is all about. Participating companies can swap merchandise and business cards with fellow attendants and interact with their target audience.
  • Adult Media and Creators: The 2026 AWSummit has several events lined up for adult content creators, such as a model lounge and a creator area where models, agencies, and studios can connect with service providers and streaming platforms. There’s also a special ‘Speed Networking for Adult’ event where every participant gets time for a brief introduction, allowing for very efficient networking.
  • Expo and Panels

Of course, it’s not just networking that the summit in Romania offers. The three-day event will also host a variety of keynotes and workshops from industry leaders. On top of that, there’ll be a crowded expo floor where companies will be showing what they’ve been working on, presenting a great opportunity to scout the competition and exchange ideas.

The panels will cover a variety of topics, including iGaming, Affiliate, and payments. Of special note are the Nutra and eCommerce panels where Andrei Covaci, CEO at Buygoods and Andra Ionescu, CEO at MaxWeb, will be sharing their strategies for affiliate success. There’s also the AI panel with Notiscale founder Lucien Maman, which will highlight practical applications of AI in various industries.

The variety of topics lines up with expected attendance. The 2026 AWSummit in Bucharest boasts a relatively even split between the many attending industries. Advertisers lead the pack at 25%, followed by affiliates and webmasters at 24% and models and creators at 21%. Finally, monetization platforms make up 19% of all event participants, while traffic sources sit at 11%.

Even if you don’t catch the panels, the business area will be open to the public on the 23rd, allowing anyone who’s interested to step inside and browse the products and services these companies are offering.

    What’s Next for AWSummit?

After the September summit in Bucharest comes to a close, the AWSummit team will be packing its bags for a December mini conference in Thailand. That particular event is less about expo halls and meetings and more of a business retreat, where C-level executives and top management can network and create new opportunities, all while enjoying exclusive dinners, a cooking class, and even an elephant trip.
