If you have a Realme 8 or 8 Pro and want to take beautiful photos, you can use the Google Camera app (also known as GCam) on your smartphone. The Realme 8 series is compatible with the Camera2 API. Message: Before installing the new Gcam mod application, you should uninstall the old version (if you have it installed). This is not a stable version of Google Camera, so it may contain some bugs.

  1. You must first download the configuration settings from the links above, which capture the recommended settings.
  2. Remove it after downloading.
  3. Create a new folder named GCam in the root folder, then open the GCam folder and create the Configs folder.
  4. Then copy the configuration file to the /Internal Storage/GCam/Configs7/ folder.
  5. Open Google Camera and double tap the black empty space next to the shutter button.
  6. Click on the displayed settings available in the pop-up window and click the Restore button.
  7. Go back to the application drawer and open the application again.

Message: If you are using Google Camera version 7.4, create a configs7 folder named Congifs7, and for GCam 8.1, create a configs8 folder.
