  3. Select Troubleshooting from the search results
  4. Click Show All in the left pane
  5. Click on Network Adapter
  6. Click on more
  7. The process of tracking down any problems will begin

6. Manual update of network drivers

  1. Right-click on Start
  2. Select Device Manager
  3. Select the network adapter
  4. Right-click on your network adapter.

  6. Click on Auto Search to get the updated driver version.

  9. Click the Close button when the installation is complete.

After installing the updated driver, click Start>Power>Restart.

7. Reset the driver of the network adapter

  1. Right-click on Start
  2. Select Device Manager
  3. Select Network Adapter and click on the name of the network adapter.
  4. Right-click on the network adapter
  5. Select the properties
  6. Select the Driver tab
  7. Select Reverse. If the button is not available, there is no driver to return to.
  8. After restoring the previous driver version, select Start/Power/Restart.

9. Temporarily disable firewalls and virus protection

A firewall, antivirus or malware program sometimes blocks mobile access points.

If this is a problem, disable one of these three options and try visiting the desired website.

Make sure you activate these programs immediately to prevent hackers, viruses and worms from damaging your system.

10. Turn off Bluetooth

  1. Press start
  2. Select parameters

  8. Right-click on the adapter connected to the Internet.

  10. Clear the Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection check box (you can skip this step if it’s already disabled) and click OK.
  11. Open property
  12. In the Sharing tab, select the Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection check box.
  13. If the pop-up window indicates that Internet connection sharing is currently enabled, click OK.
  14. Connecting to a home network
  15. Select the mobile hotspot adapter
  16. Press OK.

Check that your mobile hotspot is now working. Otherwise, try the following solution.
