Step one: Make sure you already have the USB debug mode and OEM unlocking enabled on your tablet. To do the same, simply go to Settings > About > and click Assembly Number 7 to 10 times in a row, activating USB debug mode and OEM unlocking. So it is clear that the process is not complicated.
Step two: Then just turn off your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Plus 5G SM-T970/ T976B. Now it’s time to enter boot mode. To enter the boot mode, press the Volume + and Volume – buttons simultaneously and connect the tablet with a USB data cable. Firmware / TWRP 3.4.0 Installation steps on the Samsung Galaxy S7+ Plus 5G SM-T970 / T976B-Tablet
Step one: Suppose you have already downloaded the latest version of Odin and TWRP Recovery for your device from the above preliminary section. If the latest version of Odin does not work on your device or if you have problems, just download the correct version of Odin.
Step two: Make sure you have already downloaded TWRP Recovery for your Samsung device. Just unpack the compressed Odin file from your computer and install the latest Samsung USB drivers on your computer.
Step three: When the device is turned off, simultaneously press the Power+Volume Down+Home button and the device enters the start-up mode. If this key combination does not work for your device, you can simply google this key combination for your device.
Step four. Now connect your Samsung device to your computer using a USB cable. Then navigate to the folder where the Odin files were extracted, right click on the Odin executable file and click on Run as Administrator.
Step five: The interface should display something like ID:COM below, and check the interface below carefully.

Step 6 : Search for ID:COM and below it an empty space that turns blue when the device is detected. The device must be recognized if the correct drivers are installed on your computer.
Step seven: Then just click AP, go to the firmware archive, find the .tar.md5 file and select it after clicking AP.

Pay attention: The resection has a PIT section. Do not put a file in the PIT section and make sure that Repartitioning is not checked. Tick the box and check the Auto restart and F boxes. Saves time.

At this point, the device restarts automatically, don’t panic, it’s normal. You can now disconnect the device from your computer.
Procedure for the root tab of the Samsung Galaxy S7+ plus 5G SM-T970/T976B on Android 10/installation of Magisk or SuperSU

Step three: Touch Install, then go to SuperSU.zip or magisk.zip and rotate your finger over the firmware confirmation file (at the bottom of the screen). The Magisk/SuperSU flash process has started and will take a few seconds.
