Here’s the change.

Windows 10 version 1909, KB4601380 (OS Build 18363.1411) Overview

Moreover, these values are no longer automatically updated.

  • Removes the problem that makes fonts incorrect.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented strings from being entered into the Input Method Editor (IME).
  • Problem with APISetWindowRgnfixed . It incorrectly sets the window region coordinates to the client’s region, rather than the top left corner of the window. Therefore, the user cannot maximize, minimize or close the window.
  • Removes the shutdown error that occurs during startup.
  • Deletes the history of previously used photos from the user’s profile.
  • Resolves an issue that could slow down the installation of the Windows Hello for Business (WHfB) Certificate Trust when you open the Settings-> Accounts-> Login Options page.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Windows Remote Management (WinRM) host process to stop when formatting messages from the PowerShell plug-in.
  • Fixed an issue in the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) service that caused a data leak when security settings were applied to WMI namespace permissions.
  • Fixes the problem of screen freezing after opening games with certain hardware configurations.
  • Increases the startup time of applications that have roaming settings when User Experience Virtualization (UE-V) is enabled.
  • Resolves an issue causing the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) to fail. That’s why TPM-based scenarios don’t work.
  • Indicates an issue where an administrator in a trusted MIT domain cannot get a Kerberos service ticket from Active Directory (AD) domain controllers. This occurs on devices that have Windows updates installed that contain CVE-2020-17049 security and have PerfromTicketSignature set to 1 or higher. These updates were published between 10. November 2020 and the 8th. December 2020 published. The ticket entry also terminates with a KRB_GENERIC_ERROR error if the caller provides a ticket without a PAC (TGT) as a proof-of-concept ticket without specifying the USER_NO_AUTH_DATA_REQUIRED flag.
  • Indicates high memory and CPU usage in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Enhanced data loss prevention and internal risk management capabilities on Microsoft 365 endpoints.
  • Fixes the problem with x86 version of Microsoft Excel 365 version 2011. It will not open if you enable the SimExec Exploit Protection feature in Defender Exploit Protection, or it will stop working if you disable SimExec Exploit Protection and enable CallerCheck.
  • Resolves an issue where an error is displayed when you try to open an untrusted web page with Microsoft Edge or an untrusted Microsoft Office document. The error lies in the fact that the WDAG report is a container : Error: 0070003, ext error: 0x000001. This issue occurs after installing the KB4565627 .NET update.
  • Fixes the problem that prevents wevtutil from parsing the XML file.
  • Fixes the problem that the Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) does not report an error when it generates invalid keys of 163 bytes instead of 165 bytes.
  • Adds support for using the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge as an assigned kiosk access application. You can now also configure the pause key sequence for the individual application terminals. For more information, see Configuring Microsoft Edge Kiosk Mode.
  • Eliminates the problem of User Datagram Protocol (UDP) broadcast packets that are larger than the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU). Devices that receive these packets reject them because the checksum is invalid.
  • Resolves a problem when the WinHTTP AutoProxy service does not match the value you set for Maximum Lifetime (TTL) in the proxy autoconfiguration file (PAC). This prevents the cache file from being dynamically updated.
  • Improves the ability of the WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service to ignore invalid Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Protocol (WPAD) URLs returned by a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server.
  • Resolves an issue that may cause the IKEEXT service to stop sporadically.

  • Updates the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) device management (DM) synchronization log by adding a reason for logging client-server requests. The reason for registration allows the Mobile Device Management (MDM) department to make better decisions about synchronous sessions. With this change, the OMA-DM service protocol version 4.0 must negotiate with the Windows OMA-DM client.
  • Eliminates the problem of failover in environments with IPv6-only clusters. If the failover cluster is in operation for more than 24 days, failover attempts may fail or be delayed.
  • Adds a new dfslogkey as described below :
    • The path of keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/dfslog.
    • The RootShareAcquireSuccessEvent field has the following possible values :
      • Default value = 1; activates the log.
      • Any value other than 1; disables the protocol.

If this key does not exist, it will be created automatically. Any change to
dfslog/RootShareAcquireSuccessEvent in the registry requires a restart of the DFSN service to take effect.
