Video recording with development tools
You may not know it, but there are integrated development tools that are able to extract embedded videos from websites. However, this technique does not work for sites like Netflix and YouTube that restrict video uploads.
The instructions work for the Chrome browser, although it can work for both Edge and Firefox, but the menu will be different. In addition, the names of the commands to run the program are also different. We will see how to download videos from Chrome and you can apply the same technique or process to Firefox.
If you go to the page where you want to download the video, you will find the video file there.
You must first install the curl program on your desktop. If you are a Windows user, you can download the Curl software from KeepVid.Pro.
Now load your video into a new tab and press the F12 key on your keyboard. You will then see the developer toolbar.
There, go to the Network tab and click Delete. In the top left corner, you will see a red circle representing the video recording application button. Once you click this button, any ongoing activity on the network will stop and you can download the video.

Finally, add -unsafe to the end of the command line, and -o myoutputfile.vidtype to tell cURL where to store the video on your local disk.
